Always take advice

There has been much information in the press since the release of the AREDS 2 results in late 2013.

This trial, the largest and longest examination of the effects of vitamin supplementation on slowing the progress of dry AMD (Age-related Macular Degeneration) to wet AMD showed results which make us cautiously optimistic that a small group of dry AMD sufferers could reduce the rate of progression to wet AMD by around 30%. It is important that the right supplement is advised, and only advised for the right people. I will be able to give you up-to-date advice on this topic during your examination.
